You may have seen it on Oprah or Montel, or even the article about Corinne in the Ottawa Metro on March 5, 2008.  Many of the top celebrities who enjoy pole dancing include Teri Hatcher, Paris Hilton, Carmen Electra, Pamela Anderson, Fergie, Kate Hudson, Cindy Crawford, Jessica Alba, and countless others.

If going to the gym isn’t your idea of fun, try pole dancing!  If you enjoy your workout you are more likely to stick with it.  Not only is it fun, but it will help you to get in touch with your sensual side, by providing a workout specifically designed for a woman’s mind and body.  The movement is about the freedom to be female and to appreciate yourself completely.

Pole dancing consists of floor moves, transitions, and tricks.  It targets abdominals, shoulders, arms and back for strong, lean muscles.

Most students come to their first class feeling a bit timid and unsure, but those feelings quickly subside.  Corinne begins class with floor work for strength, flexibility and sensual movement.  Classes are offered in a fun, safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment and are designed for all ages and sizes.

Corinne also provides home pole parties for a fun girls’ night, birthday party or bachelorette party.

For more information about classes or parties please contact Corinne at 613-859-6356 or poleparties@gmail.com
