If you are somewhat intimidated by the thought of Pole Dancing don't be! This is probably the most fun I have ever had in an exercise class!  And don't be fooled by all the fun you are having... it is also a great workout!

I have never had so much fun while Corinne ensures we get a complete workout on the pole. I haven't walked out of a class yet where some part of my body hasn't felt newly challenged and hurts (in a good way). I'm pretty sure my stomach muscles hurt from a combination of all the laughing we do and the 'stripper pushups'. This class leaves you feeling a little sexier after each class and I would recommend Corinne's routines to anyone, especially my fellow mommys out there. I loved it so much I've treated it as a weekly workout and signed up for another session. This class was excellent! Even for a beginner the instruction was very detailed and easy to follow.  A great way to work on your arms, abs, and legs.

I never thought that pole dancing could be so much fun!  Whenever I thought of pole dancing before, I always thought of stripping.  This class is not like that.  I really enjoy coming to pole dancing because it's good exercise for your abdomen, and arms. Basically a whole body workout.  Not only do I have fun, but I've met a lot of great people.  Corinne is a great teacher, and she makes the class fun!
