For years I’ve been looking for some fun way to get in shape. Nothing ever inspired me until I found pole dancing. I was a little intimidated at first because I was far from in shape and didn’t know that I could ever do any of the pole holds that require a lot of strength. I’ve been pole dancing with 3Sixty since Jan. 2011. With a lot of determination, I’m now in Level 10 and loving every minute. Each week I learn something new that challenges my body to keep improving and getting stronger. It’s such an accomplishment when you finally master a difficult pole hold that you’ve been working on. The biggest accomplishment for me was noticing that I actually have defined shoulders now. I’ve never been this strong in my life! I love the fact that things I found so difficult before are now so much easier like doing a push up, and who ever thought I could be strong enough to climb a pole!
So ladies, if you’ve always wanted to try pole dancing and were hesitant about trying it for any reason….do it! The instructors are so supportive and great at working with you to help you learn the moves and help you improve. I just want to thank all of the instructors I’ve had a chance to learn from. I wouldn’t be where I am without you.

When I joined the pole dancing class with my friend, I didn't know quite what to expect. I have to say that I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do, nor did I think it was such a workout! I would recommend pole dancing to anyone. It's not only great exercise, it's a fun hour to spend laughing at yourself, because you didn't know you could move like that! Thanks Corinne!

UNBELIEVABLY FUN AND AWESOME!!! This is without question the best form of exercise I've ever tried and anyone can do it, no matter what age, physical condition or level of confidence you have. Do not put this off - go and try it as soon as possible, you will be so glad you did. I have spent years going to the gym, yoga, weight training etc....nothing makes me feel as good, or has gotten me as strong and lean as pole dancing! All the instructors are amazing, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing... you start your first class wearing yoga pants and a tshirt....it's really not scary or intimidating at all! DO IT! Go now!! You will love it so much! :)

I decided to join pole dancing because running had destroyed my feet and I needed a new way to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. I fell in love with pole the minute I walked into the class and did my first "fireman". Lyne is an amazing instructor and a huge inspiration. I continued on to do levels 2, and 3. What surprised me the most was the confidence I gained. I'm 26 and getting married on a cruise ship. And I have never worn a bikini in my life. It's not that I hated my body, it's that I hated people looking at me. So with the support of my pole friends and Lyne, I ventured different outfits for dress-up night... each time revealing a little more of me. Lyne kept encouraging me to buy a bikini for my wedding. Two weeks before my wedding I did it. I bought a bikini and proudly wore it to Le Nordik with two of my pole gals. I was so excited to overcome my "wall flowerism". 3Sixty and Lyne have given me the best wedding gift ever. I will look my best and FEEL my best as I walk down the aisle. Not to mention my killer arm muscles, and a hint of abs! Thanks Ladies!

I joined 3Sixty in 2009, and it became a part of me. I had never done any form of exercise classes or gym time, and I am certainly not a dancer! But I had to go back for more. I didn't even realize while I was having fun and laughing in the classes, that I now had defined abs, shoulder and arm muscles. I was in the best shape ever! I took classes all the way up to level 8. Then in 2011, I was suddenly diagnosed with brain cancer. I had to take a break for a few months. Thankfully, during chemo and radiation doctors told me I should exercise to re-gain my energy. I used pole dancing at home to beat the fatigue of the treatment. I had to start back at square one because I was weak, but the owner of 3Sixty, Corinne, encouraged me to start up again and re-join them. I came back (now cancer free) to 3Sixty and with their help, am now up to the Advanced class! I've never been in better shape, had better abs, or had more fun at a workout. Sometimes I forget we're exercising! I encourage everyone I know to give it a try. No matter what shape, age, or personality... there's no better way to have fun, feel sexy, and get in great shape. I joined 3Sixty over a year ago, and I'm still hooked! I feel lucky to have been taught by Lyne, the #1 Master Division pole dancer in Ontario 2012, and incredibly inspired when I watch Jenny and Polina, fellow dancers at 3Sixty, and the #1 and #2 Pro-Division pole dancers in Ontario 2012. Corinne's studio gives you the opportunity to work with the best, and if desired, the possibility to become one of the best. And you think that might be intimidating, but it's not! I've brought my mom out to try, I've organized a pole party for all the girls at work, and I jump on the chance to help out at trade shows. The studio feels like a second home for me now; and getting involved in the studio has done so much for my body, and my soul. I've now got core strength that can lift and turn me upside down, arms that hold my weight without issue, and a group of really supportive, fun-loving, and genuine friends. I can't thank Corinne enough for these things, and on top of all that, I have a leaner body and confidence enough to run to class in my short shorts, and practice in a sports bra - two things I never thought I would feel comfortable doing when I first joined up!

I started pole fitness at 3Sixty Dance and Fitness in July of 2011. I do not have a background in dance or gymnastics and have never really committed to working out before taking pole. I was shy at first, as I wasn't strong or coordinated, but I quickly realized how supportive everyone is, and that this is just a place to have fun! It is great for anyone of all sizes, ages, and skill set! I found the instructors at 3Sixty so encouraging and positive, as are the other women you meet in class. I am now in level 10 and I feel so proud and accomplished in how far I have come, since starting a year and a half ago. The best part of it all is that it is so much fun, and you feel so great afterwards! It is perfect for women who want to challenge themselves and get fit, but still have fun, laugh, and feel confident. I have never been able to stick to going to gyms, but I try to never miss a pole class. Pole fitness is such a unique form of exercise, I recommend it to anyone!

Great space too, with lots of room to dance, and super tall poles! Also, hats and boas for dress-up day! Every few months there are photoshoots in the studio, which are always fun, and the photographer is really good - really feels worth it to work hard and nail those different poses when you see the pictures.
After a couple of years poling at 3Sixty, I wanted to dance competitively, and Corinne was super accommodating in terms of studio practice time for me, and other students competing. And come competition time, fellow students and instructors would always come and cheer for us!

I have been coming here for a few years and I love it!! I started doing one class a week and am now doing it three or more times a week. My confidence has grown, I have great upper body strength and have noticed the rest of my body becoming more fit and toned. All the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only are the instructors encouraging but so are the other girls in the class. Everyone is very supportive. This is a place where I can come and be myself, laugh, work on my fitness and have fun doing it.

I love pole dancing! I got involved with 3Sixty Dance and Fitness at my cousin-in-law's bachelorette. Corinne came to the house and we had a great time! I was a little shy at first, however with Corinne's encouagement and emphasis on fitness it's easy to overcome. A few weeks later I signed up for a class, and over a year later I'm still hooked! Pole has been incredible for me. It has encouaged me to get in shape, and since starting pole I've lost 25 pounds and 2 pant sizes! As you go up in the levels the tricks get harder, and in order to do them properly you need to get in shape, this is how pole has helped me outisde of class. I'm determined to better myself to do the tricks properly. I would encourage everyone to take a class. The atmosphere is the best part. Everyone is encouaging and there to have fun and feel great about themselves!

Lyne, I would like to thank you for being an amazing instructor. You made class so much fun and helped me build the confidence I needed to perform all the fun moves we did. I never thought in a million years that I would be twirling around a pole and loving every minute of it. Pole dancing gave me the boost I needed to start working out and running again. It also makes me feel like a strong, powerful, sexy woman! I feel more comfortable in my skin, something I can't thank you enough for. I just wanted to email you to let you know how much I am enjoying your classes. One of the main reasons that I signed up for the class is that I wanted to feel like a woman again. Since having my daughter I have happily fallen into the "motherly" role, but 19 months later I wanted to do something for me. I love my daughter to pieces but this is a great workout that's all about me. I think I am actually a better mother because I am taking care of myself too.

If you are somewhat intimidated by the thought of Pole Dancing don't be! This is probably the most fun I have ever had in an exercise class! And don't be fooled by all the fun you are having... it is also a great workout!

I have never had so much fun while Corinne ensures we get a complete
workout on the pole. I haven't walked out of a class yet where some
part of my body hasn't felt newly challenged and hurts (in a good way).
I'm pretty sure my stomach muscles hurt from a combination of all the
laughing we do and the 'stripper pushups'. This class leaves you
feeling a little sexier after each class and I would recommend
Corinne's routines to anyone, especially my fellow mommys out there. I
loved it so much I've treated it as a weekly workout and signed up for
another session. Finally a workout that I look forward going to each
week!!

I never thought that pole dancing could be so much fun! Whenever I thought of pole dancing before, I always thought of stripping. This class is not like that. I really enjoy coming to pole dancing because it's good exercise for your abdomen, and arms. Basically a whole body workout. Not only do I have fun, but I've met a lot of great people. Corinne is a great teacher, and she makes the class fun!
